Kay discovered her love for clay over 30 years ago while studying design at Polytech. Instantly captivated by its tactile nature and transformative alchemy, she’s been immersed in ceramics ever since.

Working from her clifftop studio overlooking the Hauraki Gulf, Kay handcrafts platters, bowls, figures, dresses, flowers, and garden pieces—each shaped by joy, intuition, and a deep connection to her coastal surroundings.
