My pottery journey began in 1980, inspired by my child’s lessons. After night classes and joining Auckland Studio Potters, I grew as an artist and taught pottery in the ’90s.
Studying Ceramic Art through Otago Polytechnic deepened my skills and creativity. I now combine stencils, airbrushing, and sgraffito on thrown and hand-built pieces.
A Diploma in Freelance Photography helps me create fired decals for my work. After retiring from teaching piano, I focus on pottery, photography, and exploring new creative ideas in Northland.
