Talented mixed media artist Vaughn Otto is fortunate to call one of New Zealand’s most beautiful beach towns, Matarangi Beach on the stunning Coromandel Peninsula, home.

Inspired by the rhythms of nature and the unique coastal spirit of this region, Vaughn weaves these influences into every creation. His work features the striking copper plating of authentic natural treasures—real feathers, pāua, kina, fish frames, puka, and magnolia leaves.
